At all of our properties we always practice measures to avoid the spread of illness. Due to the growing concern of COVID-19 we would like to highlight additional precautions we are taking to ensure your next stay with us is peaceful and relaxing, when the time is right.
Please be aware that the standard cleaning practices our housekeepers employ are very thorough; however, during this time we would like to share some specific procedures we have put into place to ensure maximum sanitation of our properties using materials that exceed industry standards. Key cards are being disinfected between every guest check-out and check-in. Public areas and frequently touched surfaces including, but not limited to, elevators, door handles, light switches, thermostats, and remote controllers are being disinfected hourly and/or between uses. We have always focused on the cleanliness of our facilities in our day to day operations. We hope to provide a comfortable and safe environment for our guests with these extra precautions.
During these uncertain times we want what is best for you, so we are adjusting our cancellation policy. We are waiving cancelation fees for existing and new individual reservations at all Witham Family properties with stay dates through April 30, 2020. For bookings made through travel agent or online booking platforms (i.e. Booking.com, Expedia), please contact them directly. As we continue to monitor the situation, we will revisit the policy as needed.
